After-hours Procedures for Tire & Wheel Claims:
- In the event of a road hazard you may elect to proceed with a repair or replacement.
- To be eligible for reimbursement, please take a photo of the damage. Call within two business days to obtain a claim tracking number.
- If it’s determined that the repair or replacement is not eligible for coverage, the contract holder will be responsible for the incurred costs.
- Have available the bare rim run-out measurements, odometer reading, and tread depth for damaged tires.
